

"NAIROBI, KENYA – Rwanda’s national electronic transaction provider, Simtel, has entered into a joint venture partnership with the African Development Corporation (ADC) consortium, led by Xcom, an IT firm from Germany.
The deal worth US$3.5 million, gives the consortium majority stake in Simtel and control of the company."
