Rwanda govt reports surplus revenue 2007

"RWANDA Revenue Authority has announced it made revenue collections worth Frw248b (about Shs744b) last year, beating the target by over 100 per cent.
According to the Rwanda Revenue Authority, the tiny East African country had anticipated making total revenue collections worth Frw220b (about Shs660b) in 2007, and successfully this projection has been achieved with a surplus of Frw28b (about Shs84b).
