Rwanda launches stock exchange in five days

"KIGALI, RWANDA – As Rwanda prepares to launch its stock exchange, the country’s Central Bank has unveiled treasury bonds worth Rwf20 billion (US$36.3million) to support the project this year.
Mr. Robert C. Mathu, the executive director of the country’s Capital Market Advisory Council (CMAC) said last week the official opening had been set for January 31."
