Rwanda to host 3rd annual African e-Government forum

"Rwanda has been selected to host the Third Annual African e-Government Forum scheduled to take place between 14-16 April, next year.

This was announced by Dr Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, the Chief Executive Officer of the

Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation, at the opening of the Second Annual African E –Government Forum at the Serena Hotel in Kampala, Uganda.

He said that Rwanda was chosen because the government had taken the lead in ICT development."
