DN International in $1.5m estate project

By Bosco Hitimana of The EABW

"KIGALI, RWANDA – DN International, a real estate company made up of Kenyan and US investors is constructing a US$1.5 million 29-unit estate in Kigali.

“We did ground breaking last month. We have already finished the foundation of most of the houses and we are already raising the walls”, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nathan Loyd told East African Business Week last week.

Hillview estate is located 9 kilometres from Kigali International Airport as the nearest landmark at a place called Masaka. To acquire a house, a client will be requested to pay up at least 30% of the cost of the house while the balance can be paid under a mortgage arrangement across fifteen years through the housing bank."
