By Bosco Hitimana of The EABW"KIGALI, RWANDA – The Rwanda Social Security Fund (RSSF) has started funding multimillion luxurious property development projects including Kigali's tallest structure with 18 floors.
The pensions fund is investing around Rwf13billion ($23.6million) in construction of the Insurance Plaza on a plot of 21,000 square metres, which once completed, will be the tallest in the capital."
